If you are a large group and need extra space, you are welcome to book as many - or as few - of the village's 4 farmhouses. If you don't need the farmhouses, they will remain empty during your stay.

Your chef Luigi Ricci developed his skills under internationally renowned Paul Bocuse at L'Auberge du Pont de Collonges. The estate manager, Marco, will fix you a Ferrari or a chauffeured airport pickup and his discreet staff will ensure your stay is perfection.

Here you see the tennis court, the 60 foot oval swimming pool, the glass doors into to the state-of-the-art gym and spa, plus a glimpse of the private road on the right, curving round to secure parking for 18 cars - hidden under the lawn of course.

Finocchieto was once a busy, working enclave: farmers lived here, working the land for their local lord. Through eight centuries the village stood steadfast: with the coming of the 1960s the modern world finally caught up with Finocchieto and it was abandoned. But that was 40 years ago! Now the village has been brought back to discreetly luxurious life for a fortunate elite. It’s become a rare example of true excellence. Explore on your own - or we’ll organise a chauffeur and a private guide if you’d prefer. Want to take a Ferrari for a spin around the country lanes? Just ask and we’ll hire you one. The busy little town of Buonconvento is only 5 minutes drive from the village. The area is studded with charming restaurants, authentic pizzerias, well stocked antique shops and shops offering exclusive jewels and the best of Italian fashion - and all nearby. Stunning clothes and shoes, beautiful leather goods and customised perfumes are all so easy to find thanks to your staff’s expert knowledge.
Enjoy the birdsong and wriggle your toes in the dewy grass of early morning, lie late in the comfort of your bed knowing breakfast will be delivered exactly when you asked for it. Lunch may be booked whenever you'd like it. There's a generous buffet with breads, regional cheeses, Tuscan cured meats, fresh pasta, hearty soups, sandwiches, pizza, lasagna, eggplant parmigiana and fresh fruit. The chef will happily prepare any specially requested items not listed (subject to seasonal availability). All beverages and house wines are included. Plated lunches with wait staff can be organised on request and will be priced according to the menu chosen.
Lunch costs from 35 euro per person.
Dinner may be booked for any evening during your stay. Three course gourmet meals are prepared by our two chefs using only the finest locally grown vegetables (many from Finocchieto's own organic garden). There are choice meats from local Tuscan farmers and fresh seafood is delivered directly from the coast to Finocchieto once a week. All our delicious deserts are made in-house using only the best ingredients. Dinner includes quality Tuscan wines and liqueurs are offered with your after dinner coffee.
