A friendly welcome from the owner (and cat) on arrival. Well-appointed and very comfortable property. Good location and being high in the hills provided welcome breeze on hot days. Well placed for exploring towns and villages of northern Umbria and Tuscany.

We had a lovely time. We were looking forward to an opportunity to relax by ourselves, since were on our honeymoon, and the little cottage didn’t disappoint! We spent much of the time eating food & drinking wine that we bought at the well stocked Co-op, and relaxing by the swimming pool. We ate nearly all our meals either by the pool or under the pergola, and our own version of Bistecca alla Fiorentina that we cooked on the BBQ was as good as any restaurant! In the cottage itself were all the serving, cooking, and dining dishes & implements that we could hope for, and good quality mod cons. The bedroom & bathrooms were huge!

We were absolutely delighted with the house. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The bedroom was massive, the bathroom and kitchen both well equipped and again very spacious, with ample room in the lounge area. The views outside ensured we spent as much time as possible, either down by the pool from early morning, on the patio area in the late afternoon watching the son go down.
